About The Position
Wake Veterinary Medical Center in Raleigh is seeking an Oncology Veterinary Technician to join its collaborative and compassionate team. The hospital provides advanced oncology services tailored to each pet, including surgery and chemotherapy, and coordinates with referring veterinarians to support seamless care and personalized cancer treatment plans. The oncology team provides detailed updates throughout treatment. Wake Veterinary Medical Center is a 24-hour hybrid hospital offering primary care, emergency, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, advanced imaging, and cardiology services through a partnership with CVCA. The facility has expanded its space, added dedicated special procedures and chemotherapy rooms, and expanded diagnostic capabilities. The hospital also provides ICU care through an experienced team of credentialed technicians and assistants. It is located in Knightdale, North Carolina, near I-540.
Requirements
- Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician (RVT) preferred.
- Highly qualified Veterinary Assistants will also be considered.
