Credentialed Veterinary Technician
About The Position
VCA Valley Animal Hospital of Sahuarita is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our growing practice in Sahuarita, Arizona. We pride ourselves on having a diverse, family atmosphere where everyone is valued. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent patient and client care. Location: 15990 S Rancho Sahuarita Blvd, Suite 130, Sahuarita, AZ 85629 Salary: $19.50-$23/hour depending on experience and skills. Schedule: Hospital hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. Rotating schedule We are a full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital where patient and client care is our top priority. Our staff is cross-trained in every aspect of the hospital, from answering phones and greeting clients to induction and monitoring anesthesia. Our technicians are highly leveraged. Requirements
- Must have documented previous experience
- Must have surgery experience
- Flexibility in hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
Nice To Haves
- CVT license a plus, but not required
