All Creature Features Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited practice looking to hire a full-time, experienced veterinary technician or assistant to join their established support staff. The hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, utilizing low-stress handling and Cat-Friendly methods, maintaining clear client communication, and offering comprehensive client education. They are equipped with advanced technology including digital radiography, dental radiography, a physical therapy suite, and ultrasound. Responsibilities
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
- Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
- Obtaining diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy, and sample collection, and performing in-house lab work
- Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
- Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
