Requirements

Credentialed Veterinary Technician or eligibility to become credentialed
Strong technical and clinical skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability, flexibility, and a desire to continue learning and growing
Compassion and empathy for both pets and their people
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during appointments, treatments, and procedures
Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures
Collect diagnostic samples and perform laboratory testing
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Obtain radiographs and assist with diagnostic imaging procedures
Educate clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations
Maintain accurate medical records and support hospital operations
Provide compassionate nursing care and patient advocacy throughout each visit
