Veterinary Technician, Emergency, Part-Time, Overnight

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our emergency team. Requirements
- 1-2 years in veterinary or emergency care
- Excellent veinous puncture skills
- Comfortable floating between departments when needed
- Comfortable with anesthesia
Nice To Haves
- RVT preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Triage and Assess: Prioritize incoming patients and assess their condition.
- Emergency Care: Provide treatments, assist with CPR, wound care, fluids, and surgery prep.
- Diagnostics: Perform bloodwork, urinalysis, imaging, and other essential tests.
- Patient Monitoring: Track vitals, document changes, and respond to needs promptly.
- Medication & Anesthesia: Administer medications, assist with anesthesia, and ensure safe recovery.
- Client Communication: Update pet owners and provide clear discharge instructions.
- Maintain Supplies & Records: Stock equipment, maintain cleanliness, and document care.
