Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and attentive to patient needs
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during appointments, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Provide safe handling and restraint of patients
- Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare samples as directed
- Clean and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment
- Accurately update patient records and support client communication
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
