About The Position
Ellwood Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician. Requirements
- Veterinary Technician or Licensed Veterinary Technician experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills

- Passion for continued learning and growth within veterinary medicine
Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia support
- Perform dental prophylaxis and patient nursing care
- Place IV catheters and administer medications and vaccines
- Obtain radiographs and assist with CT imaging
- Support patient intake and discharge processes
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily hospital operations
