Requirements

Veterinary technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work with exotic species!!

Responsibilities

Supporting the DVM in rooms
Supporting the team in treatment
Completing technician appointments
Preparing patients for surgery
Monitoring patients during surgery
Cleaning and organizing surgical instruments
Post-op monitoring
Discharging patients
Triaging cases
Supporting the urgent care DVM in the room and in the treatment area with record keeping
Client education
Obtaining and running diagnostic samples
Performing treatments
Assisting with surgical patients where needed
