Requirements

Licensed Veterinary Technician credential or previous Veterinary Assistant experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Passion for providing exceptional veterinary care

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
Provide compassionate nursing care for patients
Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery as appropriate
Collect diagnostic samples and perform laboratory testing
Administer medications and treatments as directed
Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and medications
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
