Veterinary Technician Supervisor, Community Medicine
About The Position
The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), a leading animal welfare organization, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join its Community Medicine team. This role is based at the Dedham location and involves regular work on mobile clinics. The Community Medicine team provides medical and surgical care to animals and their families within their communities through mobile wellness and spay/neuter clinics, the Wellness Waggin' and Spay Waggin'. ARL, founded in 1899, is dedicated to animal welfare through innovative programs that address the root causes of issues facing animals and people, aiming to help animals heal and thrive, keep pets and people together, and protect animals from harm.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Be involved in all aspects of patient care, including in wellness check-ups, diagnostic procedures, and HVHQSN surgery
- Lead with a close-knit team of Veterinary Technicians and Technician Assistants, and collaborate with the department's Veterinarians
- Provide excellent customer service to clients utilizing our mobile programs
- Share thoughts to improve how we deliver our best care and service
- Help improve our services and continue to learn and grow as a team of caring animal welfare professionals who work hard to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care to our animals, and build a supportive and fun working environment
