About The Position

University Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician! Have you met University Vet Hospital?! Let us introduce ourselves! We are a team-oriented, 5 -doctor practice of passionate professionals looking to add an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician with 2+ years of solid technician experience to our crew who is proficient with anesthesia, performing dental prophylactic procedures, and taking dental radiographs. Requirements

  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must have accuracy in medical records and dictation
  • Must have a great attitude and be very personable
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, with a smile on your face
  • Must be able to multitask and effectively triage
  • Must understand how to deal with difficult situations with tact and empathy
  • Must love animals and people alike!
  • 2+ years of solid technician experience
  • proficient with anesthesia
  • performing dental prophylactic procedures
  • taking dental radiographs

Nice To Haves

  • Cornerstone software experience is a plus
