About The Position

Clarksville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty in Clarksville, TN is looking to add an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to our Internal Medicine Team! Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working as a veterinary technician.
• Specialty experience in internal medicine.
• LVMT, CVT, LVT, or RVT license required.
• Must obtain Tennessee Licensure within 90 days of start date.
• Broad understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, disease processes, pharmacology, restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Calm demeanor in stressful situations.
• Critical thinking skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading).

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
