About The Position
Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center is a leading 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Animal Hospital in Waukesha, WI, qualified as a VECCS Certified Level 1 Trauma Center. WVRC Waukesha is hiring a 2nd shift Veterinary Technician to support its high-performing Emergency team. This role is ideal for technicians who want to advance their emergency skills, work at the top of their license, and be part of a highly collaborative, well-supported team. The fast-paced environment is ideal for those who adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and thrive while caring for critical patients. Requirements
- Certified Veterinary Technicians will be given the highest consideration.
- Experienced Veterinary Technicians and Vet Tech students are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of technician experience (ER experience a plus).
- Comfortable with restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and nursing care.
- Motivated, collaborative, and committed to exceptional patient care.
