About The Position
Rosedale Veterinary Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Technician / Client Care Specialist. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience and licensure. The schedule is 4 10-hour days per week. Rosedale Veterinary Clinic is a growing, full-service hospital serving North-Central Austin and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of veterinary experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across clinical and front desk duties
- Knowledge of medical records, payments, and scheduling
- Technical skills, including restraint, sample collection, and basic procedures
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service, including scheduling and communication
- Assist with exams, treatments, and patient care
- Perform venipuncture, sample collection, and IV catheter placement
- Take radiographs and assist with diagnostics
- Manage medical records, payments, and front desk responsibilities
- Support wellness care, including vaccines, testing, and preventative medicine
