About The Position
BluePearl Lake Norman is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon to join their emergency and referral practice. The practice is located just west of Lake Norman, offering convenient access to downtown Charlotte, as well as proximity to mountain and beach destinations. BluePearl Lake Norman emphasizes teamwork, mutual respect, medical excellence, and patient safety, fostering a supportive community for its professionals. The facility is undergoing expansion with a new state-of-the-art 13,000 sq ft hospital opening in early 2027.

- Board-certified or residency-trained Surgeon

Responsibilities
- Perform veterinary surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with specialists and emergency doctors to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold high medical standards and ensure patient safety.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in veterinary medicine.
