Requirements
- Veterinary students in any year of veterinary school are encouraged to apply.
- Seeking a formal clinical rotation or an informal externship experience.

- Opportunities may include: Small animal general practice, Mixed animal medicine, Urgent care, Dentistry, Exotic and avian medicine, Feline-exclusive practices, AAHA-accredited hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Apply classroom knowledge in a real-world clinical setting

- Work closely with experienced veterinarians and veterinary teams to gain exposure to physical examinations and patient assessments, client communication and case discussions, diagnostic planning and interpretation, treatment planning and case management, in-house laboratory procedures, surgical and dental procedures, medical record documentation, time management and workflow efficiency, and team collaboration and professional communication.
