Requirements

• Veterinary students in any year of veterinary school are encouraged to apply.
• Seeking a formal clinical rotation or an informal externship experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge in a real-world clinical setting

• Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
• Gain exposure to physical examinations and patient assessments
• Practice client communication and case discussions
• Participate in diagnostic planning and interpretation
• Engage in treatment planning and case management
• Learn in-house laboratory procedures
• Observe surgical and dental procedures
• Practice medical record documentation
• Develop time management and workflow efficiency
• Practice team collaboration and professional communication
