About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Veterinary Regional Manager to drive our expansion across Georgia. This outside sales role focuses on account ownership, retention, expansion, and ensuring exceptional customer success. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales and account management, preferably within the pet care or veterinary industry, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development- preferably in pet care, veterinary services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in growing and retaining client accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to strategize and execute account plans while managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to track activity, opportunities, and client engagement.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all assigned Georgia accounts.
  • Manage and resolve cases generated on account labels.
  • Develop structured account plans for top clients, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels (executive sponsors, daily users, financial decision-makers).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (expanded services, new locations, add-on programs).
  • Execute a repeatable expansion playbook to increase revenue per account year over year.
  • Leverage “land and expand” strategies to grow small accounts into statewide partnerships.
  • Maintain consistent outreach to dormant or low-activity accounts.
  • Build and execute referral campaigns from satisfied clients.
  • Run account retention initiatives to sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure Texas clients receive exceptional service delivery and rapid issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular reviews with top accounts.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product/service improvements.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service excellence.
  • Share market intelligence-including competitor activity, industry shifts, and client needs-with leadership.
  • Align account strategies with company revenue goals alongside Sales Leadership.
