Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming and compassionate first point of contact for clients and their pets.
Create a positive client experience through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
Support clients with questions and help them feel informed and confident about their pets’ care.
Work closely with the veterinary team to maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow.
Support communication between clients and the medical team.
Help maintain accurate client and patient information.
Provide empathetic service to clients during both routine and emotional visits.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital environment by jumping in where needed.
