Responsibilities

Greet clients and pets with a warm, friendly demeanor
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while managing daily workflow
Process payments and review invoices with clients
Maintain accurate records and files
Support administrative tasks and front desk operations
