Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (vet/medical a plus!)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Basic computer skills
- A genuine love for animals and people
Nice To Haves
- Veterinary clinic experience
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology or software
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments (wellness, vaccines, rechecks)
- Keeping the day running smoothly by managing appointment flow
- Checking patients in and out with accuracy and care
- Processing payments and clearly explaining invoices
- Communicating with doctors and techs to support patient care
- Keeping the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
