Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and their pets
Communicate with clients in person and over the phone with compassion and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately and efficiently
Check clients and patients in and out of the hospital
Process payments and support accurate client account management
Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information
Answer questions and help clients navigate their veterinary care experience
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to achieve positive outcomes
