Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answering phones and responding to client questions
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Checking clients and patients in and out
- Processing payments
- Maintaining accurate client and patient information
- Communicating messages between clients and the medical team
- Helping coordinate daily hospital workflow
- Supporting veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members
- Providing thoughtful and compassionate client service
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Listening patiently as clients explain exactly why their pet is the best one that has ever lived
