About The Position

Twin Creek Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. This is a full-time position with negotiable salary based on experience. The schedule is 4 10-hour days with no weekends, supporting work-life balance. Twin Creek Animal Hospital is a full-service, four-doctor small animal hospital and an 8-time winner of Best of Bellevue. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice and play a vital role in supporting our clients, patients, and community reputation. Requirements

Strong customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependability and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Answer multi-line phones and manage scheduling
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care
Book appointments and coordinate patient flow
Process payments and handle front desk transactions
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Support daily clinic operations and client communication
