About The Position

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Rising View, a military housing community consisting of approximately 2,000 residential units located near Offutt Air Force Base. As a Maintenance Technician, you will help provide safe, quality homes for military members and their families by completing maintenance repairs, troubleshooting home systems, and ensuring resident concerns are addressed with excellent customer service. A company service vehicle is provided for this position; therefore, a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required.

Requirements

HVAC certification required.
Minimum three years of residential maintenance, construction, or related experience required.
Strong knowledge of residential building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record required.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors, and the general public.

Nice To Haves

Previous multi-family housing maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance repairs in residential homes to provide a safe and quality living environment.
Troubleshoot and repair home systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, drywall, doors, and carpentry.
Maintain and improve the condition of homes through preventative and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond professionally to service needs.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
