Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check clients in and out
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records

- Support the flow of the hospital by anticipating needs and staying organized
- Help create a positive, calm, and welcoming environment
