About The Position
Belltowne Veterinary Center is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist. This role is for a full-time position with a salary of $17.50–$18.00 per hour, working four 10-hour shifts with weekends off. The ideal candidate loves helping people and their pets, thrives in a busy environment, and understands the importance of the front desk in creating an exceptional veterinary experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
- Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
- Communicate hospital policies, services, and next steps clearly
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team
- Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
- Jump in wherever needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly
