About The Position
Creekside Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced, team-oriented, and client-focused hospital. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain smooth front desk operations while providing an exceptional experience for clients and patients. This role is for individuals who enjoy staying busy, helping people and pets, and being part of a supportive team.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a veterinary practice required
- Veterinary front desk or CSR experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent phone skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, accountability, and professionalism
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and independent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service both in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Process payments and client transactions accurately
- Help create a welcoming and organized hospital environment
- Assist teammates to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day
