Our team includes experienced receptionists and technicians, and we’re proud to practice Fear Free, low-stress medicine—from wellness care to surgery and dentistry. We’re seeking an experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You’ll manage a high call volume, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide a warm, professional experience for clients and their pets. Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and managing front desk flow
- Answering phones and coordinating a multi-doctor schedule
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with clients and the medical team
- Supporting patient flow and hospital organization
