Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Assist with client check-in and check-out
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support the veterinary team and anticipate the needs of DVM staff
  • Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
  • Contribute to efficient hospital workflow and exceptional client care
