Requirements

  • Previous veterinary reception experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Confidence communicating with clients in person and over the phone
  • The ability to remain calm and professional during stressful or emotional situations

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Communicate hospital services, recommendations, and next steps clearly to clients
  • Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support patient care
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk
  • Help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through the doors
