Best Friends Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time Client Care Specialist to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. Requirements

• Previous veterinary or client service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Maintain accurate client accounts and medical records
• Admit and discharge patients efficiently and compassionately
• Provide personalized, high-quality customer service
• Support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
