About The Position

Best Friends Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Best Friends Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time Client Care Specialist to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their owners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering personalized, compassionate service while helping ensure smooth daily operations within the hospital.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Maintain accurate client accounts and medical records
Admit and discharge patients efficiently and compassionately
Provide personalized, high-quality customer service
Support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
