Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines and support client communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk workflow
- Welcome and greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area
- Support veterinarians and hospital staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
