Riverside Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the face of our hospital, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients while supporting our medical team and helping our hospital operate efficiently. Requirements
- Customer service experience required

Nice To Haves
- Previous veterinary experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support client communication and answer questions professionally
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily hospital workflow
- Support the veterinary team while delivering exceptional customer service
