Responsibilities

Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Support patient check-in and check-out procedures
Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
