Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Support patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
