Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Veterinary Reception experience required
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
- Motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Compassion for clients, patients, and coworkers
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Manage multiple phone lines, emails, and client messages efficiently
- Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
- Refill medications and assist with prescription coordination
- Obtain medical histories and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate clients and communicate treatment recommendations as directed
- Support hospital workflow and collaborate with the veterinary team
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
