Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Support check-in, check-out, and front desk workflow
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding recommendations and hospital services
- Maintain accurate records and client communication
- Support the veterinary team in providing exceptional patient care
- Help create a positive, organized, and efficient client experience
