Requirements

Veterinary reception experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and phone etiquette

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
Answer multi-line phones and relay messages efficiently
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate clearly with clients about services and next steps
Keep the front desk organized, smooth, and running like a well-oiled machine
