Central Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. Whether you already have veterinary experience or are eager to learn, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences while helping our hospital operate efficiently every day.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client information
Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and patient care
Support the care of hospitalized pets as needed
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to provide an outstanding client experience
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
