About The Position

The purpose of the F3EA internship is to provide hands-on learning experience in the world of government contracting. This internship offers exposure to operational culture, technical requirements, and best practices required of a mission-driven organization. Internships can be across multiple company directorates.

Requirements

• Must meet the requirements for one of the approved internship vehicles to include but are not limited to Skill Bridge, Hiring Our Heroes, Care Coalition, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain Secret Clearance
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment with little supervision.

Nice To Haves

• 10 or more years serving in the military.

Responsibilities

• Execute government projects using PMP principles and documented workflows.
• Learn how to apply regulatory requirements across programs.
• Produce briefings and written reports to support project progress.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, strategic planning, and team engagement in practical assignments.
