About The Position
We are currently looking to fill Temporary full-time positions. Duration can be between 4-6wks long. While previous experience is desired, we are primarily looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable with a flexible schedule and that does well in a HIGH VOLUME/FAST PACE environment. We are open 7 days, 24 hours.

Responsibilities
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Greeting and checking in clients.
- Scanning the lobby frequently to ensure everyone has been checked in and or given an update/status.
- Processing online prescription requests (Chewy, PetMeds, etc.).
- Follow-up call/Call backs.
- Cash handling.
- Faxes, callbacks, scanning, email and text messages.
- Rooming clients when possible.
- Keeping exam rooms and the lobby clean.
- Refilling medications, restocking fridge, water machine.
- Triaging appointments.
