About The Position
Aspen View Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their team-oriented, 2.5-doctor practice. The hospital is passionate about providing care to patients and clients and is looking for a receptionist who will support their mission of creating healthier lives for pets and the people who love them. Requirements
- Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication
- Support hospital workflow and maintain a positive client experience
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting patient care
