Roberts and Wendt Animal Hospital is searching for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing practice. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
- Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional client service
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
- Assist with additional responsibilities and cross-training opportunities as needed
