Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients warmly and create a positive first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
Check patients in and out, process payments, and review invoices
Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
