Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and review invoices
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
