About The Position
Caldwell Pet Hospital is seeking a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital. Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
- Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred; Avimark experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
- Collect payments and process invoices
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, professional, and welcoming
- Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care and appointment timing
- Work comfortably around cats and dogs of all sizes
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for clients and their pets throughout each visit
