About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in providing excellent client service in a veterinary setting. This role involves greeting clients, checking them in, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls. The CSR is also responsible for entering client and patient information into the practice software and providing support to surgeons and other staff to ensure high-quality patient and client care. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. An enthusiasm for working with animals and their families is essential.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Basic data entry and computer skills.
