About The Position
Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Veterinary Radiologist to join its specialty and emergency team. The hospital is a 24/7, AAHA-accredited facility and part of the independent, veterinarian-led COVE Animal Health network. The role supports a diverse diagnostic caseload in a multispecialty setting, collaborating with clinicians in internal medicine, surgery, neurology, cardiology, and emergency and critical care. The position contributes to patient care, surgical planning, and diagnostic precision across the hospital. The facility has an on-site CT scanner, digital radiography, multiple ultrasound units, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, a fully equipped ICU, isolation suites, and integrated EMR reporting and collaboration. The hospital emphasizes clinical excellence, mutual respect, and collaboration among specialists and emergency clinicians.
Requirements
- Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist.
Responsibilities
- Provide radiology diagnostics for a diverse caseload across multiple specialties.
- Collaborate with clinicians in internal medicine, surgery, neurology, cardiology, and emergency and critical care.
- Contribute to patient care, guide surgical planning, and support diagnostic precision throughout the hospital.
- Work with imaging technology and integrated EMR systems to support reporting and collaboration.
