About The Position
Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to their team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff at their new second location opening in August 2026. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and prior experience overseeing hospital operations. This role involves leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the hospital's excellence and animal welfare. The Practice Manager will help shape the culture of a brand-new hospital from day one, working in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment, alongside a team excited to build something special. Requirements
- Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required
- Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
- Manage Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
- Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.
